Measurements:
Select the Standard or Queen Standard size pillows if you sleep on your back or have narrow shoulders.
If you are less than 180cm in height the Standard pillow will work best for you. We recommend you choose the tall pillow if you sleep on your side and you have broad shoulders, or if you tend to sleep with more than one pillow.

Natural Buckwheat Pillow

The filling also lasts for many years making the pillow the best value cervical pillow on the market. Long after other pillows have collapsed, and worn out, a buckwheat hull pillow will still be fully functional.
The hulls are cleaned and graded to remove any flour and dust. The husks are then treated under high pressure and temperature to eradicate any micro-organisms. The pillow can be adjusted to suit individual needs by simply adding or removing the filling from the zipped cover.

Cleaning Instructions:
- The cotton cover can be machine washed with cold water and hung out to dry. Since it is almost impossible to dry soaked buckwheat hulls, we do not recommend cleaning the hulls.

Washing and Care Instructions:
- Do not wash any sections of foam.
- Main fabric cover can be hand washed or light machine washed. It can also be ironed on low-to-medium heat.

It should be placed on the system at all times. The protective cover is backed by a breathable, waterproof and allergy-free barrier, the ProtectABed® Miracle Membrane® which will help to provide optimal sleep-health.
- Protective cover is both machine and dryer friendly.
