At Bad Backs we appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing the warranty provided for all of our product ranges, as this is an important part of a purchasing decision.

1. Mattresses & Mattress Toppers
Bad Backs Mattress Range
10 years
Now that you've purchased a Bad Backs Mattress or ensemble we encourage you to protect your investment by filing your proof of purchase in a safe place.
Bad Backs warrants against faulty workmanship and / or faulty materials from the original date of delivery to the customer. This warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, or damage caused by abuse, misuse or negligence. The mattress must be cared for in accordance with the care instructions sewn into each mattress. And we'd encourage you to purchase a mattress cover to protect the surface of your mattress.
Please keep in mind that your mattress will soften a little so that the initial firmness you maybe experiencing will disappear within a short period of time and that small indentations are normal on the surface of any new mattress while the materials are leveling and adapting to your body contours.
The Bad Backs mattress range is designed to be used with matching base or solid platform. Bases should always be firm, even and supportive.
Upon inspection by the manufacturer, any mattress found to be in an unsanitary condition cannot be repaired or replaced.
The manufacturer will cover transport costs arising from repair or replacement under the terms of this Warranty during the first 12 months of the Warranty period. For the remaining period of the Warranty, transportation costs are to be met by the purchaser.
This warranty is in addition to the rights granted by the relevant State and Federals Laws and in particular the Trade Practices Act and State Fair Trading legislation.

Spine Reliever Wedges & Bad Backs Deluxe Pillows
2-year limited warranty
Bad Backs warrants to the original purchaser that its product is free from defect in material and workmanship under normal use for two years from the date or purchase from Bad Backs. Normal use is described as wear and tear which occurs during a normal day and nights use.
This warranty does not apply to products that are subjected to abuse, alteration, misuse or negligence. Should customers fail to perform regular maintenance (ie cleaning,) the warranty shall become void. Warranty does not cover naturally occurring variations in colour or textures of materials or covers.
This warranty is limited to the replacement or repair, at Bad Backs discretion, of defective products that have been reported to and inspected by Bad Backs. Bad Backs may require that the product be returned to its facility for inspection, repair or replacement at customer's expense. Bad Backs does not assume any responsibility for any labour or freight charges.
There are no other warranties except as expressly set forth above, either expressed or implied.
Care Instructions
Cover Use a mild detergent and cold water. Do not tumble dry, always line dry
Foam: Do not get wet. If the foam does become wet, dry out of direct sunlight
Core Water Pillow
3 year warranty
Core Products warrants to the original purchaser that its product is free from defect in material and workmanship under normal use for three years from the date or purchase. Normal use is described as wear and tear which occurs during a normal day and nights use.
This warranty does not apply to products that are subjected to abuse, alteration, misuse or negligence.
This warranty is limited to the replacement or repair, at Bad Backs discretion, of defective products that have been reported to and inspected by Bad Backs. Bad Backs may require that the product be returned to its facility for inspection, repair or replacement at customer's expense. Bad Backs does not assume any responsibility for any labour or freight charges.
There are no other warranties except as expressly set forth above, either expressed or implied.
Bad Backs Buckwheat Pillow
2 year limited warranty

Normal use is described as wear and tear which occurs during a normal day and nights use. Due to health restrictions this item is non returnable, unless faulty or damaged.
